Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms form the agreement between you and Gramcio when you create an account, buy credits or receive support from one of our technicians.

1. The service

Gramcio connects customers with qualified technicians for computer, network and software support, delivered remotely or on site. By requesting help you agree to provide accurate information about your problem and your device.

2. Accounts

You create your account during checkout. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Credits

Every service is priced in credits. One credit costs €0.10, and the smallest purchase is 50 credits. Prices in other currencies are converted at the rate shown at checkout.

  • Credits are prepaid and are deducted when a job is completed
  • Credits do not expire while your account remains active
  • Credits have no cash value beyond the refund terms in our Refund Policy

4. Payment

Bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. Your order stays in an awaiting payment state until funds are received; bank details are emailed to you as soon as the order is placed. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are announced as coming soon and are not yet selectable.

5. Promotional codes

First-order promotional codes apply once per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, and are applied to the credits purchase before any currency conversion.

6. Estimates and approval

Credit amounts shown for a service are starting prices. Your technician confirms the final credit cost before any chargeable work begins, and you may decline at that point at no cost.

7. Your data and backups

Technicians access only what is necessary to resolve your issue. We strongly recommend backing up important files before any repair, reinstallation or recovery work.

8. Warranty

Hardware repairs carry a 30-day workmanship warranty. This does not cover unrelated faults, accidental damage, liquid damage or new issues introduced after the repair by other parties.

9. Liability

We are liable for damage caused directly by our negligence, capped at the credits paid for the affected job. We are not liable for data loss where no recent backup existed, or for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Breaching it may result in the session being ended and the account suspended.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the update date at the top of the page always reflects the current version. Questions can be sent through the contact page.

How does Gramcio AI work?

You describe your problem in natural language — 'my laptop is slow', 'the Wi-Fi drops every evening'. Gramcio AI asks a few follow-up questions, analyses what you've told it and recommends the next step, with an estimated cost in credits.
