Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 2026

These rules keep our technicians and customers safe. They apply to every remote session, on-site visit and message sent through Gramcio.

1. Devices you may submit

You must own the device or have permission from the owner to have it serviced. We may ask for proof of ownership on locked or password-protected hardware.

2. Requests we decline

Technicians will stop work immediately and report the request if it involves any of the following.

  • Bypassing account locks, DRM or activation on hardware that is not yours
  • Installing pirated software, cracks or licence key generators
  • Accessing another person's accounts, messages or files without consent
  • Building or deploying malware, spam tooling or credential harvesters
  • Any activity that is illegal in your country or ours

3. Remote sessions

Remote sessions run on a connection you start and can end at any moment. Do not leave payment details, password managers or confidential documents open on screen; ask the technician to pause if you need to enter a password.

4. Respectful conduct

Abuse, harassment or discriminatory behaviour toward a technician ends the session immediately, without a refund of credits already spent on delivered work.

5. Account and credit sharing

A personal account is for your household. Business balances may be shared across your team. Reselling credits or support sessions to third parties is not permitted.

6. Enforcement

We may suspend an account that breaches this policy. Unused credits on a suspended account are refunded unless the breach involved fraud or illegal activity.

How does Gramcio AI work?

You describe your problem in natural language — 'my laptop is slow', 'the Wi-Fi drops every evening'. Gramcio AI asks a few follow-up questions, analyses what you've told it and recommends the next step, with an estimated cost in credits.
