Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Credits are prepaid balance on your Gramcio account. This policy explains when that balance can be refunded and how we handle work that cannot be completed.

1. Unused credits

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. We return the amount actually paid, in the currency of the original order, to the bank account the payment came from.

  • Minimum purchase and minimum refund unit is 50 credits
  • Partially spent balances are refunded only for the remaining credits
  • Promotional discounts are deducted proportionally from the refunded amount

2. Spent credits

Credits spent on a completed service are not refundable, because the technician's time has already been delivered. If you are unhappy with the outcome, contact us within 14 days and we will re-do the work at no additional credit cost.

3. Work we cannot complete

If a technician cannot resolve your issue, the credits reserved for that job are returned to your balance in full. Diagnostics are never charged when no fix is possible.

4. Data recovery

Data recovery is assessed before any chargeable work begins. If no data can be recovered, the reserved credits are released back to your account.

5. Payments awaiting bank transfer

An order that has not been paid can be cancelled at any time at no cost — simply do not send the transfer, or email us and we will cancel it for you.

6. How to request a refund

Send your request through the contact page from the email address on your account. We confirm within 2 business days and issue approved refunds within 10 business days.

How does Gramcio AI work?

You describe your problem in natural language — 'my laptop is slow', 'the Wi-Fi drops every evening'. Gramcio AI asks a few follow-up questions, analyses what you've told it and recommends the next step, with an estimated cost in credits.
